VIEW | Salem High School Alumni & Friends Newsletter: October 2026

Honors are abound in the October edition of the Salem High School Alumni and Friends Newsletter.

Firstly, following a profound realization with a graduate of the Salem High School Class of 1946, we’re on a mission to locate any of her classmates.

Our alumni never cease to amaze:

• Lucy Corchado ’86, recently named the recipient of the Boston Caribbean American Award
• María Sucher ’14, named the UMass Amherst Outstanding Young Alumni Award
• Matt Doherty ’06, who will fight his final professional bout at SHS’s Veterans Memorial Fieldhouse
• Joey Uribe ’07, who spearheaded a successful back-to-school drive of specialty items for Collins Middle School students
• Eva Maloon ’21, recently named a Community-Based Advocate at HAWC

We’ve also added a full breakdown of former Witches on NCAA rosters.

Please continue to share your news with us at publicrelations@salemk12.org.
